E. ROSSCUP (Ph.D. Aberdeen, Scotland) is professor of
Bible at The Master’s Seminary in Sun Valley, Calif., and former
professor of Bible Exposition at Talbot School of Theology in
LaMirada, Calif. He is a graduate of Arizona State University,
Dallas Theological Seminary, and the University of Aberdeen in
Scotland. He is the author of Abiding in Christ,
Commentaries for Biblical Expositors, and a 2,900-page,
five-volume work on the Exposition of Prayer in the Bible. In
addition Jim is the author of several entries in The Zondervan
Pictorial bible Encyclopedia.

ROBERT H. MOUNCE (Ph.D.
Aberdeen, Scotland) is President Emeritus of Whitworth College

University. He is a graduate of the University of Washington,
Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, Calif., and the
University of Aberdeen in Scotland. He is the author of a number
of New Testament Commentaries, and for the past 40 years has
contributed to a number of Bible translations, including the NIV,
NLT, and the NIrV. Most recently, Bob served as associate New
Testament editor for the English Standard Version.
